Introduction
I am a senior leader and mentor in the Medical Affairs division of the Pharmaceutical Industry where I have worked in a wide range of global, start-up, and rare-disease specialty companies across many therapeutic areas over the last 17 years.
I have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, with post-doctoral fellowship training in Scientific Publications and Medial Educations, and a certification from MIT in Leading Organizational Change.
At the moment, I am dedicating my career to elevating the value proposition of the Medical division across the life sciences. My goal is to update the norms of communication and collaboration across the healthcare system and beyond. by crossing over industries and integrating innovation with purpose and social responsibility from the rapidly changing worlds of business, education, and technology.
Dating back to when I was starting my career, I have hired and mentored professionals who have gone on to become global, recognized leaders in the pharmaceutical industry and have since then consulted executive management in different start up companies. I have transformed organizational company culture initiatives and directly generated over $40,000,000 in shareholder value for a start-up through strategic scientific initiatives the impact of which spanned the entire commercial and marketing organizations during the most challenging crises. In addition, I have served on national Editorial Advisory Boards for APhA (American Pharmacists Association), and continue to advise some of the leading, innovative artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) companies that are building novel platforms for the life sciences, and am merging artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, with the human intelligence achieved through continuous learning and development (L&D) training programs.
I am also the chair of the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) Global Mentorship program, the host of my personal leadership and company culture podcast @Alloutcoach and the CEO and Co-Founder of @Amedea Pharma, a performance management consulting company aimed at transforming data into behaviors in life science organizations.
Alloutcoach is a global, multicultural leadership platform deeply rooted in sportsmanship and science inspiring executive teams and individuals to "stretch themselves, and lift others".
